Great ice cream and they will make you anything you want

The ice cream had gone from good to crap. As a HUGE red flag the owner is a complete ass and is an ignorant excuse for a store owner. He is too dumb and too arrogant to handle a sale. I was in today and when a girl ordered a COFFEE ICE CREAM MILKSHAKE she got a SOFT SERVE VANILLA with COFFEE SYRUP IN IT. Once the customer realized this she went back in and politely asked for the milkshake she ordered. Upon asking, the store owner raised his voice and said it was the CUSTOMERS FAULT that she didn't specify what she wanted when she clearly said she wanted coffe ice cream milkshake. The police were called and the hunchback of LAINIES ice cream denied all that happened. I hope they go bankrupt, sorry to anyone that enjoys their ice cream but this experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. This place should either get a new owner/ old white guy who can't remember or call it quits.

Has EGG CREAMS!! Very friendly and a local of the Island. Look forward to seeing them this summer.

Not the best, not the worst. Decent but soft serve

I had SO much fun at this ice cream shop. The workers were warm, friendly, charismatic & fun! They made our experience a memorable one and the ice cream was delicious. We even got free hot fudge!!!!! Oh yeah

The ice crème is this special brand from Maine. Forget the name - but it's delicious, and the service was amazing.

Ice Cream isn't great, much better places on LBI. Service is slow as well.

Good ice cream, but the logistics of getting in the door and "moving about the cabin" were not enjoyable. The pedestrian traffic doesn't flow very well.

My mother just lost her brother and we took her to ice cream to help take her mind off of it. She ordered a vanilla with chocolate fudge. She wanted the hard kind, got the soft kind and asked to change it. He would not and charged us for another cone (we were already buying 6 cones). Yeah, ok, it's a business and he has to make money, but he could be just a little sympathetic. There are other places to get ice cream in LBI (family has come every year for 50+ years for 2 weeks) and won't be coming back. There are lots of other places to get a treat and don't need to support a curmudgeon.

The ice cream was fine but, the owner, an older guy comes off as completely arrogant and disinterested in helping paying costomers. I would definiely avoid this place as there are lots of other ice cream shops on the island where you can get a cone but, without the adittued.
